Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This site belongs to one person and asks for very little. Here is what happens to the details you send me.
Who runs this site
Mykyta Dudin, a marketing designer working remotely. I decide what happens with your data. Contact: [email protected].
What I collect
Only what you type or pick in the project form:
- what you want to fix or try, what you have tried so far and when you want to start;
- a link to your brand (website or Instagram), if you add one;
- how you prefer to be contacted;
- your name and one contact: email, phone or WhatsApp number, or Telegram username.
I don't ask for payment details or anything sensitive. Please don't send that through the form.
Why I collect it
To reply to you with first ideas and, if you want, a quote for the work. Nothing else.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, I process this data with your consent, which you give by sending the form, and because you ask me to take steps before we may agree a project. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who sees it
Only me. To get the form to me I may use a service that delivers form messages to my inbox; it processes the message only to deliver it. I never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long I keep it
If no project starts, I keep your message for up to 12 months and then delete it. If we work together, I keep what the project needs for as long as the project and its accounting require. Ask me and I delete it sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies only if you allow them, to measure ads and visits. Right now no analytics or ad pixels are switched on, so nothing is set even if you accept. The fonts are served from this site, so loading a page sends nothing to Google or other font services. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
- see the data I hold about you;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted;
- withdraw your consent.
Write to [email protected] and I'll answer within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
Questions about your data? Write to [email protected]. Want to start a project? Back to the form.
